The ship’s name is a nod to Jeff Jacobs’ daughter, Caroline, who shares her father’s passion for making a difference. The ship belongs to Jacobs Entertainment and is named after CEO Jeff P. Jacobs’ daughter, Caroline Jacobs. It was Caroline who had the honors of christening the ship shortly after it arrived via an escort from the Cleveland Fire Department Boat Anthony J. Celebrezze.
